Should you wish to cancel, your ticket is transferable to anyone else- just let us know in writing to office@IGTMail.com
 
Should you wish to have a ticket refund please note that the venue requires from us catering and venue hire payments in advance, which are non-refundable to IGT. 
 
Should you wish to receive a refund up to 29 days before the event, you will receive a full refund less US$220, per ticket. 
 
If you wish a refund 28 days (4 weeks) or less before the event we are unable to offer a refund as we have already paid the event centre booking and catering fees. 

However you may transfer your ticket to someone else.

All refund requests must be sent in writing to office@IGTMail.com
 
Should the event for whatever reason cannot be held, and needs to be transferred, your ticket will be fully transferred to that event.
